Harkin Consulting intentionally works to elevate lived experience by helping organizations recognize, value, and platform the skills, knowledge, and leadership of people directly impacted by homelessness, substance use, and criminal legal system involvement.

The mission is to help build programs that are not only effective, but humane—strengthening services, supporting frontline staff, and expanding opportunities for the voices of those most affected to shape the systems that serve them.
